Please read the following:

If you made your payment using PayPal but were unable to complete the
last part of the process, then be sure to have a copy of your PayPal receipt
that has your transaction ####-####-####-####. Click here and fill out the
rest of the information that is needed to complete the process...
It is very important that you complete this process... Also at the time
of the event, bring your printed PayPal receipt as it will be your ticket for entry!!!
